  • Evaluation des régimes alimentaires et de leurs effets sur les protéines plasmatiques, lipides et lipoprotéines chez l’homme. 

  • Etudes des facteurs génétiques sur le métabolisme du cholestérol chez des sujets normaux et génétiquement hypercholestérolémiques (absorption, sécrétion interne, urinaires, fécales et transformation en acides biliaires). 

  • Athérogénicité des différentes protéines plasmatiques et leur absorption par les parois artérielles et d'autres tissus.

  • Rôle des vasopresseurs (adrénaline, noradrénaline, l'oxyde nitrique et les corticostéroïdes) dans l'absorption des protéines potentiellement athérogènes de différents tissus.

  • Séparation des lipoprotéines plasmatiques, extraction et analyse des enzymes lipases. Genèse de l'athérosclérose dans l'insuffisance rénale chez l'homme.

  • Etudes du rôle des composés naturels potentiellement anti-athérogènes.

  • Etudes des effets des composés pharmaceutiques fabriqués par des sociétés telles que Bayer, DuPont-Merck, Pfizer, etc

  • Etudes des effets de composés naturels tels que l'ail dans le métabolisme du glucose, des triglycérides, du cholestérol et des lipoprotéines.

  • Rôle du the Yunan Tuocha, sur le niveau et la répartition du cholestérol et des triglycérides dans les lipoprotéines plasmatiques.

  • Développeur conceptuel du programme de nutrition saine et des aliments de santé pour M & S, Londres, Royaume-Uni
